Hewlett-Woodmere Public Schools Endowment

To provide financial & creative support for the educational programs of the hewlett-woodmere union free school district, including but not limited to:(i) budgetary & non-budgetary funding requirements endorsed by the hewlett woodmere board of education; and,(ii) the educational enrichment of the programs.to assist in the raising and generating of funds by:(i) identifying & mobilizing available resources;(ii) fostering partnerships amoung schools, the community, business and industry;(iii) establishing & maintaining an endowment to further these objectives.to enhance cooperation & understanding while encouraging innovation & creativity in meeting the challenges which face the public educational system.and to do any other acts or things incidental to, connected with, or in advancement thereof, both as a separate, independent organization and in cooperation with other tax-exempt national, state and local org., but not for the pecuniary profit or financial gain.
