Mission

The purpose of the foundation is to provide scholarships to qualifying students who participate in 4-h clubs within hidalgo county, texas. A student must meet all the criteria set forth in the foundation's guidelines in order to receive a scholarship. Scholarships are awarded to high-school graduating seniors and college students. In addition, summer camp sponsorships are awarded to 4-h youths. In order to raise funds, the foundation hosts an annual event known as the 4-h country hoedown.
