In order for high desert women's center to accomplish its mission, the community needs to be aware of the services provided and aware that high desert women's center is an option. High desert women's center does this through social media (website, facebook, instagram, as well as blogs/podcasts). High desert women's center continues to be a resource for nmsu, dacc, lcps, and surrounding areas.

Earn while you learn (ewyl). Earn while you learn is a program to provide education to mothers and fathers using an approved curriculum to teach and instruct families in various topics. This includes parenting, new baby, postpartum and breastfeeding, bible study, budget and finance, reading to your children, as well as a nutrition class. The attendees earn points during these classes, they then in turn utilize those points to obtain desperately needed resources such as diapers, wipes, and other material resources up to 2t. Participation in classes and education from last year are up 37%.
