To provide fire protection to the community of highland home in crenshaw county, alabama, and the surrounding areas: to own and operate fire fighting equipment for the protection to lives and property in the highland home community and the surrounding area; to engage in civic improvement projects of every kind and nature; to promote fire prevention practices; and to generally promote the best interest of the highland home community in crenshaw county, alabama, and the health and welfare of the citizens residing therein.
