The corporation is organized and will be operated exclusively for charitable, literary and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 or the corresponding provisions or provision of any subsequent united states revenue law. Within the scope of the foregoing purposes and not by way of limitation thereof, the corporation is organized to raise funds for the benefit of the students, faculty, and administrative staff of highland park high school of the highland park independent school district, dallas, texas (herein called "hpisd") and shall enrich the hpisd students' educational experience by encouraging their interest and participation in the activities of the corporation.
