Purpose is to maintain an affordable housing facility for habitability consistent with generally applicable housing standards for lease to residential tenants located in the city of sebring, florida under all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, codes, statutes, and regulations, to provide services specially designed to meet their physical, social environemnt, economic, and psychological needs, and to promote their health, security, happiness, and usefulness to longer living.
