The primary purpose of the organization is to promote the culture and sport of hawaiian outrigger canoe paddling throughout the greater monterey bay community. This includes a program educating keiki (children) in paddling and hawaiian culture, providing paddling training opportunities for teens and adults, racing throughout ca and hi, a strong hula program as part of the center's activities, myriad community representation projects, and supporting polynesian cultural events throught northern califoria.
