Hills West Recreational Club

The organization's mission is to provide a facility for recreational activities in richland, washington. Membership is open to any of each dwelling unit within the area south of columbia park trail, east of the west boundary of badger mountain park, including heritage hills, north of keene road and west of leslie road.
