The primary exempt purpose of the organization is to improve educational oportunities, study educational needs, provide for the professional welfare of its members, to raise money and charge dues to carry out these purposes. The organization strives to provide members and their proponents with resources to enrich and promote the educational programs for the school district of hillsborough county, florida. The organizations vision is to empower elementery school administrators to promote success for all stakeholders while employing a variety of endeavors.
