From july 2024 through june 2025, hilo harbor welcomed 112 ships and 336,606 passengers and crew. Music and hula was performed for 69 ships from july 2024 through june 2025. Our information center in the pier terminal building assisted 21,866 passengers who were provided free transportation to downtown hilo on vans provided by the farmers market and one tour company. 100,981 passengers were also assisted at the information center by our aloha ambassadors, providing directions and suggestions for things to do during their day in hilo.

Hilo hula tuesdays at the bandstand. During the fiscal year, there were 47 events and 5,771 people participated as entertainers/cultural practitioners or audience.
