To raise funds with which to award grants to support activities and programs within the Hilton Central School District which could not otherwise be funded by taxpayers in the school budget. The intent is also to create endowment funds from donations, memorial bequests and legacies from which small scholarship awards will be provided to graduating high school seniors in accordance with the criteria set forth by the donors.
