Hispanic Access Foundation

Hispanic leadership network program- the hispanic leadership network equips faith leaders with tools, training, and peer support to drive community impact. This program has fostered spiritual growth, rest, and resilience for 96 pastoral leaders impacting 4,000 congregations while building stronger networks to sustain long-term ministry success. Program alumni have gone on to make lasting impacts in the communities they serve founding their own nonprofits, launching wide-reaching public health initiatives, and more.

Conservation program- our conservation program engages latino communities to protect natural resources, address climate impacts including wildfires and flooding, and increase representation through civic engagement. In 2023, latino conservation week hosted 330 events nationwide, supporting key efforts like the chumash national marine sanctuary. By strengthening the capacities of grassroots leaders to advocate for the environment and by elevating their voices, our conservation program has achieved tangible results, including the designation of more than 3.9 million acres of public lands in the past 15 years.

Nuestros Bosques- Access to urban green spaces and tree canopies plays a critical role in Latino communities well-being and connection to nature. Our Nuestros Bosques (Our Forests) initiative seeks to increase equitable access to urban tree canopies while fostering community involvement in local urban forestry and tree-planting projects. By engaging Latino, Indigenous, and underserved communities, we promote both environmental and public health benefits, as well as local decision-making in urban forestry initiatives.

Finance- long-term financial success requires a solid foundation. Through our financial empowerment program, hispanic access foundation provides high-quality, spanish-language financial education led by trusted experts to address essential topics, including taxes, credit building, banking, wealth accumulation, and long-term planning. Our culturally tailored workshops equip participants with the knowledge and tools needed to make informed financial decisions and build a pathway to financial stability.
