The mission of the hispanic chamber of commerce of orange county education foundation is to complement the orange county hispanic chamber of commer's work in economic development by supporting academic and professional education throughout orange county. We serve our community by offering programs which promote education, encourage business development and provide leadership training
Programs

The small business development center program (sbdc) provides one on one consulting to entrepreneurs looking to start, fund and grow a business. The orange county hispanic chamber of commerce (ochcc) is one of 9 sbdc centers in the orange county region. Services by sbdc includes digital marketing, technology, general business principals and finance. The finance center helps businesses find fundings from banks, the sba and other alternative lenders. Due to covid19 restriction this program did not have much activity during the year.
