Mission
To promote and support the educational advancement and growth of the Small, Minority, Women and Veteran-owned Businesses (SMWVBEs) in the contracting community throughout South Texas.
Programs

Monthly meetings of members and potential member with educational presentations from the contracting community as well as public agencies. In 2020, average attendance was 80 members.
Numerous special training and informational sessions throughout the year sponsored by local general contractors and governmental units.
Scholarships awarded to promote formal education in the construction trade.
