Mission
The hispanic health coalition of georgia (hhcga) is a 32+ year old 501 (c)3), which continues to serve the minority, underserved, and socio- economically challenged populations within the hispanic/latino, and hispanic/latino black members in our mission of better overall health outcomes directly relating to chronic diseases, behavioral sciences, and infectious diseases, which directly impact our population negatively at a higher rate. The hhcga's mission is to serve as a stakeholder, voice, and proven subject matter expert for our minority populations, to deliver education to wellness, access to healthcare (culturally and linguistically competent), non-partisan health policy and advocacy adoption, and solid quantifiable programs focus on our minority constituents in the state of georgia, our region, and nationally through our partners. We stand together in the elevation of community health works (chws) as central members of any team seeking to move the needle towards advancing health e
