Hmc's mission is to lead the economic advancement, wealth creation and equity for latinos.

Business education, technical assistance, and training provides outreach, education, and one-on-one services to new and existing businesses in numerous areas including development of accounting systems, loan/bond proposals, financing, insurance, marketing, technology, operations, and management.
