The specific objectives and purpose of the coalition is to provide an auditorium facility which meets a wide variety of civic needs and purposes, now and in the future; to provide an organizational sturcture for planning and managment of the facility; to ensure committed and responsible stewardship of the financial resources invested in the facility and it's operation; to promote cooperation and mutual committment among the individuals and groups who have sought to make concept of a community auditorium a reality; and to support other groups in their efforts to foster personal growth, economic vitality, and quality of life for all citizens of eastern oregon.
