Historical Society For The Court Of Chancery Of The State Of Delaware

The historical society for the court of chancery of the state of delaware supports and promotes historical projects, lecture series and other activities to preserve the rich history of the delaware court of chancery. These activities have included biographies of members of the court of chancery, the history of the court of chancery from 1792-1992, and the commission of portraits of past members of the court of chancery. These activities benefit not only hundreds of corporate practitioners in delaware but also many thousands of corporate pracititioners and scholars nationally and internationally.
