For to the purpose or purposes of providing educational programs concerning the hardwood lumber manufacturing industry. The corporation is organized exclusively for said educational purposes. Specifically the corporation will be providing educational programs to the public concerning topics such as: a environmental concerns of timber harvesting; b the purpose and reasoning for harvesting renewable and natural resources; c joint educational efforts with industry other environmental groups regulatory agencies and academia; and d scholarships in support of the industrys workforce.
