Mission
Hmong American Community of Oregon (HACO) aims to empower and support Hmong youths, adults, and families to become successful through education, advocacy, and civic engagement. HACO works to preserve, and promote the Hmong cultural heritage, including language, dance, music, and other valued practices through classes, events, and other programs. And HACO strives to build a sense of solidarity and friendship among Hmong individuals, families, community, and interest groups through various activities of common interest.
