To further the economic, educational and social levels of native american communities and all people of thurston county, nebraska by providing employment, expanding opportunities to own, manage and operate business enterprises, identifying and pursuing public and private resources for community devlopment projects and expanding housing opportunities for low-income persons and families.

Community/youth development - program designed to promote economic empowerment and community development leading to self-sufficiency and foster and promote economic development as a means to combat community deterioration.
Food sovereignty - program that coordinates the tribal community's multi-faceted response to food insecurity including land stewardship, development of a farmer's market, home gardening programming, support for ag-related small businesses, and reduction of nutrition-related health disparities.
