Hoc Management Services Organization

This corporation's specific purpose is to operate exclusively for the benefit of christ medicus foundation, a michigan nonprofit corporation, which (1) is exempt from federal income tax under code 501(c)(3) and (2) is not a private foundation within the meaning of code 509(a). This corporation shall support and benefit cmf by conducting and supporting religious and other activities that carry out the religious and other exempt purposes of cmf.
