Mission

An independent, multi-program, private non-profit human service agency. Dedicated to meeting the needs of the residents of the tolland county area. Provides services to individuals and/or families in a manner which will promote independence while assuring that basic needs are met regardless of ability to pay.

Basic needs in the form of: food pantry - an average 1,500 bags of food were distributed per month.distributed in excess of 45,000 pounds of food each month. Pantry served over 3,000 inividuals and 1250 families. During the holiday over 1,700 families received food baskets and toys, donated by area businesses, churches, schools, and individuals.

Expenses: $868K

Transportation services provided to elderly and/or disabled people. The dial-a-ride program has provided over 28,600 rides to over 1,200 area residents covering over 100,000 miles.
