Hole In The Rock Foundation Inc

The hole-in-the-rock trail: conduct and support hole-in-the rock trail research and preservation. Support trail identification and marking projects. Develop and install interpretive signs/kiosks at significant trail locations. Provide and support trail excursions and information along the trail, including maps and other literature, facilitating youth growth and enrichment.

Educate and communicate with the community in the following ways: collect and share histories and photographs pertinent to the hole-in-the- rock/san juan mission and other related stories of the 1879-1899 period. Regularly publish a newsletter that highlights the foundation's projects and conveys the pioneer stories. Develop and enhance a website that provides trail information and preserves the rich history of the san juan pioneers.
