The Hollow Reed Board continued to work to hold and preserve its assets to be used for exempt purposes The Board successfully identified another nonprofit which has a similar mission--education of the whole child The Board and the nonprofit have successfully structured a merger arrangement that is very near completion This arrangement enables the school buildingplayground to be owned and used for nonprofit purposes for years to come
