Holy Cross Conference

The mission of the not-for-profit organization, the society of st. Vincent de paul, st. Teresa of avila conference is to bear witness to the love of christ in relationships with those most in need, primarily through serving nourishing noon meals to the poor and homeless of the bridgeton, new jersey area. The meals are served monday through friday, throughout the year, major holidays excepted, in the good shepherd dining room of st. Teresa of avila church. On occasion we also provide clothing and assistance with living expenses and utility bills. We dedicate ourselves to this mission by following the tenets of the worldwide society of st. Vincent de paul regarding prayer, meditations on scripture and fidelity to the teachings of christ.
