Holy Life Ministries

This Corporation is organized to qualify as a non-profit corporation under both Federal and New Jersey law. Its purposes are limited to one or more exempt purposes within the provisions of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. It is not empowered to engage, otherwise than as an insubstantial part of its activities, in activities that in themselves are not in furtherance of one or more exempt purposes. It shall not participate in, or intervene in, (including the publishing and distribution of statements) any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office.
