The organization is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or corresponding sections of any future federal tax code. Core missions include to develop and manage or cause to be developed and managed housing units to serve as quality housing for veterans, youth, elderly, vulnerable or underprivileged members of the population. Services also include continuum of care, jobs creation and training, education and other services as provided by the internal revenue code.
