Permanent/supportive housing projects - in 2024, the foundation completed 6 projects to help keep disabled and vulnerable individuals in safe housing. Projects included the replacement of 4500 sq. Ft. Of hallway flooring at a 57-unit apartment building for formerly homeless families, multiple bathrooms for better accessibility, and installing new durable flooring at a home for families in mental health recovery. Additionally, hbcf supported a total of 14 local volunteer rebuilding programs that assist low-income families that own their homes but cannot afford needed repairs.

Community service projects - the foundation hosted its annual community blood drive with the american red cross to help restock depleted blood supplies. It held a holiday drive providing 146 gift cards with a total value of $4,000, to help low-income and homeless families who rarely have enough funds to buy beyond the basics.
