Workforce training & employmenthbi provides vocational instruction and life-changing opportunities through a variety of other programs including:- military programs: funded by the home depot foundation, hbi serves transitioning service members on or near 10 military installations- community & corrections: local partnerships and training opportunities for justice-involved individuals, veterans and their families- buildstrong academies: open to the public and free to all students, hbi has seven academies in key markets throughout the united states, including the most recent academy in san juan, puerto rico.

Future builders of america hbi licenses its proprietary pre-apprenticeship curriculum to schools and other institutions around the country. This curriculum provides a framework and toolkit for teaching residential construction skills for all types of learners. During the year ended 2024, hbi had more than 21,000 students enrolled across all programs and issued nearly 17,000 pre apprenticeship certificates.
