Leadership and guidance: hcaoa provides educational and networking opportunities on the federal and state level, which includes webinars, in-person and virtual state events, and other resources to help its members optimize their organizations' operations.

Advocacy and public relations: hcaoa advocates in support of federal policies that promote and enhance the home care industry, which includes tax policy, immigration policy, veterans affairs, medicare, and medicaid. Hcaoa provides a voice on behalf of its members among federal and state legislative branches and the relevantagencies/departments.

Affinity program: the revenue share program provides benefits to the members such as discounts and exclusive merchandise.
