Home History Fund Inc

The organization's mission is to create print, video and other educational materials documenting and preserving the history of the ohio veterans children's home which was formerly known as the ohio soldiers and sailors orphans home, and in conjunction therewith, to restore and maintain the cemetery and gravesites at which many orphans from the home were buried. The property upon which the former home, including museum and cemetery are located is owned by a separate tax exempt organization. The educational materials produced have been provided to the museum and are available without a fee on a nondiscriminatory basis to the public. In 2021, the organization conducted restoration of historical structure, the collier chapel, on the grounds of the former ohio soldiers & sailors home.
