Homebridge ventures seeks to break the cycle of recidivism through transformative relationships,trauma-responsive job training and placement, and a supportive community for justice-involved people that leads to the opportunity to heal and to obtain gainful employment.

Programs

Hub programs - the program provides trauma-informed group and individual counseling to men and women returning from incarceration. Additionally, it prepares members for employment through workforce-development training, financial literacy, and soft-skills support. In 2024, over 350 individuals accessed homebridge services: 56 individuals earned employment- related certifications; 36 received educational certifications; 20 secured employment. Homebridge facilitates 15 weekly groups focused on trauma, relationships, and job readiness, covering essential topics like mens and womens empowerment, resilience, goal setting, music, art, writing, practice interviews, workplace etiquette, and financial literacy.
