Promotes and protects the mutual interests of the residents and owners of property in homeland. Includes sidewalk and lane repairs, maintenance of common areas, sponsoring halloween party, christmas at the lakes, other community events, enforcing covenants and architectural rules and standards.

Enforcement of covenants, architectural reviews, payment of dues and liens. Reviewed and approved/rejected requests from homeowners regarding construction and maintenance activities of their properties in accordance with the deed and agreement.
