Hometown Health Foundation Inc

The foundation was established to provide financial and other assistance to schenectady family health services inc., dba hometown health centers (the center), whereby such assistance should be funded by soliciting, collecting or otherwise raising funds, contributions or greants for the benefit of the center. The center became the sole corporate member of the foundation at the beginning of 2004, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the principal purpose is to obtain and provide support for the center as a supporting organization.
