Capital campaign and fundraising allocations - funds which flow through the foundation to provide capital support for establishing and maintaining facilities used by the homewood group to carry out their exempt purposes. The homewood foundation raises funds for a variety of important initiatives, including: capital campaigns for expansion and beautification projects special projects and activities within the homewood communities

Resident life enrichment endowment fund (rleef) - provides funds for enhanced programming to provide special activities and events at each of the homewood's five sites, to enhance and enrich the lives of residents.
