The Honolulu County Sister Cities Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that facilitates communication, education, economic development, mutual understanding, and aid between the people of the City & County of Honolulu and people of cities of other nations. Our organization focuses on providing resources to promote activities and programs to promote cultural, professional, technical, governmental, youth, and commerce exchanges.
