Honor the promise assists members of the afghan special operations community and their families to build resilience as these refugees rebuild their lives in the us.
Programs

Workforce development: htp deepended relationships with organizations focused on supporting transitioning veterans as well as professional networking organizations so that afghan sof veterans can participate in and benefit from these existing/proven programs.
Holistic health: provide a variety of legal assistance resources (to inlcude live/interactive information sessions, document translation, and interpretation support) for members applications for asylum and adjustment of status (legal permanent residency). Additionally, this line of effort includes various in-person health and wellness events.
Community engagement: connected afghan military refugees with local communities and resources through events to foster cross-cultural understanding and community-level connections.
