To help those indigent people from ages 19 and above with mental health issues and symptoms, to provide programs and services for crisis aversion, recovery effort, support services for those volunarily seeking assistance and help, peer to peer services, peer respite and wellness center for at risk individuals, to break the cycle of learned helplessness and crisis services recidivism trough 24 hours peer support, self advocacy education and self help trainings.
