4-WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM We teach character building and work ethic while working with our students. They work daily and on Saturdays. After school if students. Mostly arround supply chain managment with shipping and receiving, unloading, forklift, sorting, warehousing, pick, pull, and packing, palletizing, loading and delievering bulk quantities of in-kind items donated by corporate America. Using microsoft and industry standardy programs to receive, invoice and track goods. Pick up donated furniture. Clean, repair, and restoer to be organized into suites for families moving from shelters to their first residence after being homess. Grounds-keeping and building-maintaince for HOPEs facilities and senior adults in need in td tending the soup kitchen garden.
