Hope House Benefit Corporation

Hope house benefit corporation is a new york not-for-profit corporation that was formed (i) to raise and manage funds and properties to support the mission, services and purposes of greenburger center for social and criminal justice, inc. (the "greenburger center") and (ii) to facilitate the financing, leasing and development of office space for the greenburger center, a community mental health facility and alternative to incarceration program for sixteen individuals, and a continuing day treatment program ("hope house on crotona park"). Greenburger center will serve as the master tenant and will operate hope house on crotona park.
