Mission
The purpose and mission of the organization is to provide a safe place, individualized education, and counseling with a christian approach of loving guidance and encouragement for children with special emotional and developmental needs, including, without limitation, children who have been unsuccessful in the traditional public school system or are unable to establish healthy relationships with family members.
Programs
2 programs
Education program: individualized education services are provided in our new alternative- therapeutic school building, housing four classrooms and counseling department. Certified teachers and licensed therapists provide a hybrid of direct and online instruction (acellus) individualized for students, grades 1 - 12. In addition, to our residential youth, we also serve "day" students from local school districts. All students have a minimum of one individual therapy and three therapy group sessions.
Counseling program: our licenses therapists serve the youth in both our residential and educational programs as well as provide family therapy to those with a goal of unification with their family. A multiple trauma-focused therapy modalities are utilized, such as emdr, tf-cbt, tf-dbt etc. As needed by youth
