Horizon Academy Foundation

The purpose for which the corporation is organized is to receive and maintain a fund or funds of real or personal property, or both, and subject to the restrictions and limitations hereinafter set forth, to use and apply the whole or any part of the income there from the principal thereof exclusively for the purpose of supporting the public education purposes of horizon academy west charter school, a new mexico public charter school, providing suitable facilities for the operation of the school, and for other charitable, religious, scientific, literary, or educational purposes permissible for exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 and the regulations promulgated hereunder, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.
