Mission
Recovery. Changing lives. Saving lives. Horizon village's five (5) treatment centers, comprised of 193 total beds, provides intensive chemical dependency services to residents of all eight (8) counties of western new york. It is designated for chemically dependent adults 18 and older (50 beds), chemically dependent us veterans (25 beds), and young adults (age 18-25) (25 beds) who have been unable to establish abstinence through outpatient or traditionally inpatient treatments. Terrace house is a 68 bed facility with 10 beds dedicated to medically supervised detox and 58 beds dedicated to crisis stabilization.

Horizon village is a residential chemical dependence treatment facility offering several treatment components based on a rehabilitative model included: education on addiction, group and individual counseling, special programs geared toward families, young adults and women, self-help, vocational and educational assessment, medical and psychiatric evaluation.
Freedom village is a residential chemical dependence treatment facility offering several treatment components based on a rehabilitative model similar to horizon village; however, freedom village is specifically designated for veterans.
Aurora village is a residential chemical dependence treatment facility offering several treatment components based on a rehabilitative model similar to both horizon village and freedom village, but is designed specifically for women.
Delta village:delta village is a residential chemical dependence treatment facility offering several treatment components based on a rehabilitative model similar to both horizon village and freedom village, but is designed specifically for young adults ages 18-25. Delta village had 150 total admissions between niagara, erie and other new york state counties; the average length of stay is 68 days.
