To provide houses around the world for priests to gather in order to receive and share instruction in the knowledge of the divine decrees as manifested to the now servant of god, luisa piccarreta, so as to later impart this message to all peoples. Assist these priests to found fraternities of priests who will be formed in this spirituality to later become heralds and apostles of god's will.
