House Of Hope

The house of hope provo campus currently provides intensive residential treatment for adult women, pregnant women, and therapeutic day treatment for their children (ages birth to age 8). This trauma-informed treatment program is designed for adult women with substance use (sud) and mental health disorders. The residential program offers treatment for women working to reunify with their children, pregnant women, and mothers who reunify with children birth to age eight (who attend treatment services concurrently). The focus of this program is to impact multi-generational cycles of abuse, child abuse, and family violence that negatively impacts individuals and families. The goal of this program is to impact multi- generational cycles of abuse, child abuse, and family violence that negatively impact individuals and families using trauma informed best practices and evidenced based modalities. This program specializes in family reunification, parent-child relationship healing, trauma work for women and children, gender-specific issues for women and women's and children's mental health. House of hope has provided services in provo for 53 years.

Children's services: hope center for children. This program serves up to 50 children daily whose mothers attend the house of hope (salt lake city or provo) programs. Each child receives an assessment and individualized treatment plan developed by licensed therapists. Developmental issues are evaluated and addressed. Parenting classes, parent-child relationship enhancement, family therapy, and referral services for community resources are provided. Parenting classes for fathers and co-parenting couples are also offered in slc. The hope center for children is in a free-standing building in slc and within the main facility in provo, utah. House of hope has provided services for children impacted by parental sud and mental health issues for 32 years.
