Preserve and restore the historic structure at 3502 Watson Ave., Toledo, OH 43612, believed to be occupying the southeast corner of the former Leybourn family farm; Establish a Leybourn family and west Toledo history museum at the location; maintain an association of members dedicated to the history and research of the Leybourn name, and; Implement a social service mission at the 3502 Watson location, or partner with an existing non-profit and their social service mission to benefit the residents of west Toledo
