Medical Outreach: Served 250 Individuals: Provided Wound Care, Returned people to the ER and advocated for continued treatment, Provided prescription assistance, Called Emergency Medical Services, Called the police and requested PERT, Checked vital signs, Taught wound care and provided supplies, Administered Narcan to Multiple People and Distributed Narcan and test strips.

Relief Outreach: Served over 2,000 individuals: Distributed 300 Empowerment Plan Coats, provided Hot Food, Clothing, Hygiene Kits, Blankets, Checked status in HMIS for 10% of the people served and Distributed Narcan and test strips.
