The recently acquired carver creek apartments is currently operating as affordable housing but will transition to supportive housing in coming years.

Campus based supportive housinghnh's campus-based supportive housing programs serve those who face complex barriers to long-term housing stability and who benefit from living on a campus with integrated, on-site services. Andover apartments in downtown durham and williams square apartments serve those exiting long-term homelessness and living with disabling conditions through housing in efficiency apartments and on-site services.

Street outreachhousing for new hope's street outreach team leads durham's efforts to connect with the unsheltered population in response to referrals from businesses, government partners, community members, and other housing assistance agencies.
