Provide charitable, benevolent,educational and other similar similar services to the children of the community.
Programs
15 programs
Texas Childrens Cancer Center at Texas Childrens Hospital. All cancer & blood disorder patients are treated at the Hematology Laboratory in the Cancer Center. Twenty-three members work in this program at Texas Childrens Hospital, and work three hour shifts monthly to proide volunteer support working the snow cone cart, art cart, information desk, holding babies in ICU, and much more.
Houstons Ronald McDonald House - provides a home away from home for families of seriously ill children being treated at the Texas Medical Center. Forty-three members work three hour shifts monthly at the house. Members staff the volunteer office where duties include taking & forwarding all business calls, registering children seeking treatment in the Texas Medical Center, checking families in and out of the house, preparing and serving lunches, and other responsibilities as they are assigned.
Archway Academy Student Honors Program.
Boys and Girls Country Senior graduation events for 4 students.
Camp for All Donation to care for two horses, Skeeter and Fox.
Child Advocates, Inc. Shoes, clothing and other critical items for their Special Needs Project.
Make-A Wish Foundations Backpacks of Home initiative.
Parish School Camp For All for 04-50 Elementary students and staff.
Periwinkle Foundation Arts in Medicine Program
The Rise School Science Weeks program.
Small Steps Nurturing Center After-school program to nurture social, physical, and intellectual growth in a safe environment.
Texas Hearing Institute Little Listener toolkist for under-resourced families of young children with hearing loss.
